At InkdThreadz, each item is made to order. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos showing the issue

Include your order number in your message

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Incorrect Orders

If your order:

Arrives damaged

Is missing items

Was received incorrectly

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Sizing Issues

Because each item is custom printed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.

We strongly recommend:

Reviewing the size chart on each product page

Sizing up for a relaxed or oversized fit if unsure

Shipping Delays

InkdThreadz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carriers

Customs

Weather

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
